Fundraising Information
The Band Parents offer many fundraising opportunities throughout the year. We ask that you consider participating by purchasing or selling items from the fundraisers that most interest you. Profits benefit jazz bands, wind ensemble, winter guard, indoor percussion, and marching band.
Rutgers Games
The Band Parents operate a concession stand at all Rutgers home football games and many home basketball games. Our profit is a percentage of our sales. This program provides a majority of our funds for the year. All adult volunteers will receive $20 credit in their account for football games and $10 credit for basketball games. Student volunteers will earn community service hours. Volunteer sign-up sheets are available at Band Parent meetings.
Report times are flexible; if you come early, you will leave first. Please speak to Ruth if you can not report on time. Ending times for games on the Calendar are approximate.

Money should be collected when orders are taken and put in the white collection envelope.
- All checks are payable to EHSBPO.
- Collection envelopes are due back on 21-JAN-2012. Be sure all information on the envelope is correct and that the money is included. Please keep your orders forms for your delivery of Product.
- Mark your calendar for your product delivery on 2-FEB-2012 at 3PM. Product needs refrigeration! Pick-up is crucial.
- Delivery location is EHS Band Room.
- Refrigerate product as soon as possible!
